Meet the Kellum Family! They opened up their home to me last week and we had a great time shooting on their beautiful land. Everything was so green!  I love that we were able to incorporate some of their four legged friends in their photos.

Thank you guys for a wonderful home cooked meal and sweating it out in the heat with me to get these pictures.  P.S. My vote for the mantel shot is above. ;)

A few weeks ago, Karol contacted me about gathering her family together to capture some family portraits. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! We started our journey on the Mckinney Trolly (fun!) and ended our session downtown near the Dallas Museum of Art. Karol, you have a wonderful family and it was an honor to photograph each of you!

The above couple have been married for 55 years. How cool is that?!?!

Are you ready for some serious cuteness? I had the opportunity earlier this week to go to North Carolina for a few days to visit with my sister and brother-in-law and hold my adorable nephew, Elias Luke Johnson. He’s a month old now and is such a happy little boy! I don’t get to take pictures of my family very often so getting to photograph my sister’s family portraits was extra special to me.
